So much paperwork comes in that it’s hard to keep track. Getting your contract is a nightmare, IF they can find it. A lot of smaller stores (esp. authorized 3rd parties) do not keep good track of the contracts.

I am having fun with SprintNextel (now Sprint) and they have a HORRIBLE “retention” department with rude reps and supervisors that scream at you.

Fill out a BBB complaint, then fill out CGB 475 online with the Federal Communications Commission.

The squeaky wheel gets the oil… still having fun with Nextel.

I’ll have to check out that Windows Live app. I have a tendency to avoid most things Microsoft if I can, but I’ll try to approach it with an open mind.
